Last weekend we went camping with some families from church at a nearby State Park. We were the sole tenters surrounded by pop-up campers. The boys loved the tent so much, they have us convinced to get camping back into our routine. They even followed Jeff's scout troop rule about using flashlights only in the tent. Other folks in our group had been there before and invited us along because this campsite has Harvest Fest that wekend. People decorate their sites and campers for Halloween and there are all kinds of activities and the kids get to trick or treat. We haven't done the big Halloween costume shopping trip yet so we just brought along our 2 Thomas outfits. The whole thing was really fun, and hopefully the start of something new for our family.
