This year's spring break was fairly dominated by a 3 night youth group mission trip for Jeff and I, where we had 45 teenagers from 5 churches stay at our church and work 2 days in Detroit on neighborhood clean up. It was a lot of work and a lot of fun.
But before that started on Wednesday, we had a play date with Casey's pal Dylan. really nice kid - youngest of 5. He and Casey share a love of Pokemon so they had a ton of fun.
Casey and Sam and Dylan came along to my Storytime at our church in Detroit and Casey got to be the guest reader. He did really well!
Luckily Grammy and Boppa were available to be with the boys during the mission trip. We are so grateful they were able to come here and spend time with Casey and Sam!
