Happy New Year

We are recovering from the holidays with a nice fresh snow on the ground and a sort of sick little boy. Our holidays were nice - a busy Christmas Eve with many church services to attend and a fun late night pizza party, and a very quiet stay in your pajamas type day on Christmas. My family arrived Wednesday and enjoyed some time with Casey and some good meals on the grill. We also did a little community service at Cass Social Services. New Year's Eve, Casey got to meet his Blogger Pal Addie for the first time at her Grandpa's house and they did pretty well together. Jeff and I had an afternoon date which included seeing "Juno" which we loved. We went to a New Year's Eve party, but came home early to get the kiddo to bed and watch the ball drop on TV. New Years Day began with realizing that Casey wasn't feeling too good, and so we were in for the day - not that we had big plans with all the new snow and all. He is still a little out of it today but has moments of his sparkling self so we do believe he will make it. We hope your holidays were wonderful!
