5 Month Update

Casey is 5 months old today! Amazing! He is doing very well. He continues to be a very good natured little fellow, most of the time. He still fights the daytime naps but he is easy at night so that's alright. He is making lots of noises, some louder than others and those seem to be the ones he chooses during "moment of silence" type times at church. (He's just trying to say hi to his daddy - sheesh!) He is not rolling yet but is getting more squirmy, and he has all but chewed his two fingers off. Recently when people smile at him he does this sort of coy smile back but bury his head in mom's shirt thing that is pretty cute. And this week I had my first (of many no doubt) experience of walking into the church nursery to pick him up and knowing that the scream coming from within was indeed my child - how embarassing! :) Thanks for checking in!

Isn't this hilarious? He had ruined his outfit and one of us was cleaning the messed outfit while the other went to get a new outfit. CJ was waiting in the jumper in a fresh diaper, and then we realized how this looked!
