Happy Thanksgiving Everyone

We spent some time in Madison last weekend with the family. My mom is recovering from a knee replacement and Casey made good medicine. She is making wonderful progress, which will hopefully continue over the holiday weekend! We had a nice time and Casey enjoyed time with Grandma and Grandpa and pregnant Aunt Cailin and on his way to Anactica Uncle Nicolai. Jeff was involved in a state wide youth conference in town so we got to see Alejandro's dad Mark too. And, the most amazing thing - the road trip that usually takes about 8 hours took only 7 because Casey is the best traveler ever!

Casey got to go on his first Merry-Go-Round at Vilas Zoo in Madison

We are hosting the other side of the family this weekend, with a highlight being the Packers coming to town to play the Lions. We go to the game every year (thanks DeAnn!) and sit in amazing seats. This year we will all be there in our green and gold and cheese paraphanalia. Look for us on TV - seriously, how are they going to decide not to put Casey on TV wearing his little cheesehead with a chin strap?
As we count our blessings this year, there are so many and among them are you, our blog faithful! We wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!
