Some January Pictures

It's pretty amazing all the events, meetings, trips, youth group activities and parties Casey has already been to and been such a great sport. He is almost 8 months and is still OK with endless rounds of "Pass the Baby". He even got to attend his final baby shower last weekend in Chicago.

He is napping longer, which has given his mom the opportunity to catch up on his baby book and organize the gazillion pictures we have taken of him. This has made me feel like a good, responsible mom - Casey's first days are now well documented with the necessary dates, etc. Our progress on solids has stalled out and we are back to "Please open your mouth". He is not wasting away so we are not worried yet. Well let's say we aren't panicking yet. Eventually he will want to eat, we just hope its before kindergarten. And we are experiencing a little night waking - sometimes hungry, sometimes just looking for some cuddles. Either way we are happy to oblige - we really do not want to do the cry it out thing and since he slept through the night since day 4 of his life until the last month, we know he can do it and will likely do it again (hopefully before kindergarten).
