Anyone who has commented on Sam's haircut this week has been told "it's a shave."  When Casey went for the shave in April, Sam said "NO WAY".  Then, suddenly, this weekend he decided he wanted a new look after all.  He giggled through the whole process and is quite pleased with his new do!
