The Party and the Stats

We had a pretty spontaneous celebration of the boys birthdays on Memorial Day, which was Sam's actual birthday. It just suddenly became clear that we were running out of time on the calendar and had already packed the muffin tins, so we better make this party happen. The boys enjoyed their party and Jeff made do on the grill without all the items that have already been packed. Our pal Diane was generous with her time and talent and made the cake and cupcakes, for which we are very grateful! So here are some highlights!

A few days later, both boys went to the doctor for their yearly check ups. Here are the stats: Sam weighed in at 24.5 pounds (75th), 32 inches tall (97th) and a head still off the chart. Casey weighed in at 38 pounds (95th), 40 inches tall (95th) and a head still off the chart. Both are on track developmentally and healthy. We are very lucky to have 2 healthy (big!) boys!
