Casey & his guys

These are the stuffed friends that Casey identifies as his "guys".  For a long time it was just the dog and the pig but the group is growing.  None of these guys are new to the house or anything, he just sort of notices them and they become part of the crew.  He likes to talk about the guys and hear the stories about where each one came from.  Piggy came from the Pig Roast decorations at our last church, Doggy was a gift a few Christmas' ago from Sharon who was in my small group at the time.  Hippo was a gift from Diane, elephant was actually for Sam I think, and panda was given to us free at a garage sale over the summer.  Polar Bear was picked out by Jeff and Casey with his cool blue stroller from Build A Bear, Chicken was in the prize box when Casey potty trained, and the brown bear was a gift from Jeff the day he was born.  He loves these guys.  He gathers them every night for sleeping and likes to bring them along if we watch a movie or read books.  Sometimes one of them gets to come in the car with us.  Today he asked me to take their picture, then loaded them in his back pack.  It's very sweet.
