Happy 6 Months Sam and Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Sam turned 6 months old on Tuesday!

Sam has a check up next week so we will get his stats.
We had a record night last night where Sam slept from 12 - 5:30 - HOORAY!! Of course, I woke up anyway out of habit; that was cool. Sam is eating cereal and some veggies, so far he seems to like it alright. He loves his brother, and Casey provides much needed entertainment sometimes that can pull Sam right out of a grumpy moment. Sam loves to smile at anyone who smiles at him and can be quite the flirt. The sleeping part has been tough, I'm not gonna lie. I think we will all appreciate life more once we have more nights like last night - hint hint Sam :)

So it is Thanksgiving Day and we have Jeff's family here. Casey woke up this morning and said he wanted to go "see ettabody". Jeff and his brother are going to watch the Lions and then we will have some yummy dinner. We have so much to be grateful for! Our family, our friends, you our blog faithful :) We are so blessed by these 2 little boys - they have made our life so much more meaningful and so much more complex. Last night we celebrated, with youth group kids past and present, the completion of our 23 million penny project - it's wild to think they accomplished that in 3.5 years. We are so grateful to have been a part of it with them.
We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday weekend!!
