The 3 Month Update

Casey is 3 months old as of Wednesday this week and time has flown by just like everyone said it would! He is such a great baby – he is smiling a lot, laughing a little, reaching and grabbing toys, following with his eyes, holding eye contact longer, and making the cutest sounds. He continues to eat well and sleep incredibly well. He is, however, going bald. He is losing the lovely dark hair he was born with in an interesting pattern, and the light stuff that seems to be coming in could be either red from mom's side or blond from dad's side - only time will tell!

To celebrate the big milestone we headed to the ball park to watch the Tigers. Casey has been watching them all summer of course but only on TV, so we thought it was time for the real thing. The game turned into a rain delay kind of thing but we had a great time and everyone around us agreed that CJ was the cutest kid ever in his Pudge #7 jersey.

This weekend is the big kickoff of the fall schedule at church, and Bridget starts her very part time work on Monday so our fall routine officially begins now! And Casey would like to send a shout out to his 3 fabulous grandparents for Grandparents Day!
